About Us

Dr. Andrew [Drew] Robinson is a results-driven executive and thought leader in community and economic development. With over two decades of experience advancing organizational growth, innovation, and social impact, Drew leads Mosaic CCDA, a regional social enterprise and workforce development hub, recognized for integrating business principles with a social mission. 

Drew also serves as the President and CEO of The Emerge Innovation Hub, a regional business incubator and accelerator launched in partnership with Whirlpool Corporation, the local regional chamber, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders. Through this platform, he drives inclusive economic growth by supporting the development and scale of BIPOC-led small businesses across Southwest Michigan and surrounding regions. In addition, Drew serves as an Adjunct Professor of Business at Cornerstone University’s School of Business and Innovation.

Drew earned his Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership and Development from Cornerstone University in February 2025. His research explores the leadership practices that drive entrepreneurship and business growth. Additionally, he is a Fellow at the Stakeholders Leadership and Governance Institute, an initiative dedicated to equipping emerging leaders with the knowledge, skills, and networks necessary to drive meaningful reform in corporate governance. As a direct outcome of this fellowship, he served as Co-Project Manager for the Virgin Unite Board Research Strategy, where he co-led a multidisciplinary team of 16 professionals. Together, they developed and presented strategic recommendations to Virgin Unite to enhance board accountability and composition, strengthen fundraising strategies, refine financial planning, advance data-driven decision-making, and launch targeted youth and leadership development initiatives.

His leadership extends beyond his organizational roles. Drew is Vice President of the Michigan Business Innovation Association, a Board Member for the Lakeshore Excellence Foundation, and a Board Member for the Horizon Bank Diversity Business Council. In the financial sector, Drew serves as Chairman of the Board for Jubilee Impact Fund, Inc., where he works with the staff to provide impact capital for social entrepreneurs and equitable returns for investors. 

Rooted in Benton Harbor, Michigan, Drew brings a values-based leadership philosophy to every endeavor. Together with his wife Marie and their two daughters, he is deeply committed to building resilient communities and fostering long-term economic opportunity.
